Maybe space is at a premium or you just simply prefer a purposefully smaller pod. Our 3m x 3m Pembroke is a little bit of artistry. Modern and big enough for a single station office, or a 2 seat lounger. Private by design, elegant by style and big on features and quality.
4m x 3m
From £23,995
A little more room maybe? The 4m wide offering gives more options for fit out. Be it a 2 station office, a larger sitting room or even a music studio (sound proofing optional)? Equally suitable for daytime and night use, how about a bar without the need for a taxi home!
5m x 3m
From £29,495
The 5m x 3m is the largest footprint (internally) that we offer. It conveniently sits outside of building control to avoid unnecessary and time consuming planning applications and paperwork. Rest assured that all of our buildings provide market leading insulation and material specifications.
What is included?
Design Consultation.
We understand that every building will be unique to you, its owner. We want to work with you to achieve this, such as choosing from a variety of flooring styles and wall colours as well as considering the little luxuries in life such as an integrated DAB and bluetooth sound system, smart lighting and heating, just a few of the little enhancements that can be specified at the design stage.
Delivery and Installation.
Delivery is free within 100 miles of our factory here in Rogerstone (NP10 9FQ) and installation is included in the prices given. Our experienced project managers work with you to arrange an installation schedule. Our dedicated team of carpenters and labour force will complete the installation in a professional and timely manner with as little disruption as possible.
Foundations included.
We have a number of solutions for completing a suitable base foundation for your pod. Depending on the circumstance involved, our preferred method is to use ground screws for soft ground, a clean and quick method, no concrete, no digging and subsequent mess. If these are not practical then we have many other more traditional options to consider.
Insulated & Low Maintenance.
All of our pods are fully insulated and lead the market on U-values achieved for insulation. We pride ourselves on the work we have put into this as it is one of the most important factors to consider in choosing you garden pod, for uninterrupted use all-year-round. (Check out our values they really are unrivalled in the garden building market). As the build materials are all treated to the very best standards you should expect very low maintenance for many years, maybe a top up in colour of the exterior Larch every 5 years, but that really is it. We offer a comprehensive guarantee on workmanship and you will be provided with a data sheet pack covering all of the main materials and fittings.
Premium Materials and uPVC.
We take pride that our pods are designed to maximise every millimetre. To us, it was important that the building falls under 2.5m high to avoid the need for the costly and long drawn out planning application. Manufactured from only the finest materials further compliment the ingenious design to make a premium building, built to last. Our Larch cladding is of A-grade and is guaranteed to last 50 years +. Our construction timber is all C24 graded timber, KD regularised green treated and PEFC™ certified. For the windows and doors we have partnered with Modplan, a local uPVC manufacturer with an enviable reputation for quality.
Electrics, Heating & Lighting
Each pod is fitted with an oil filled electric radiator, thermostatically controlled with a timer. Combined with highly efficient insulation, our pods are guaranteed to keep you warm whatever the weather outside. We have added detail to the external lighting, the wall lights and the recessed downlights are finished in black to complement the external colour-way. Internally, we have 6 white swivel downlights recessed into the ceiling, all lighting is switch controlled from inside the pod. The electrical installation complies with BS7671 for complete peace of mind and all wiring is concealed. Our pods come complete with a 3-way consumer unit ready for mains connection.
Optional Extras and Upgrades.
We offer a range of optional extras and upgrades to enhance your garden pod. Whether that is different door types, additional windows or interior finishes. If you are interested in upgrading any aspect of your garden pod then we would be happy to discuss this with you.
